Why This Role Matters

This role is central to our Aerospace & Defense expansion.
As an Application Engineer, you will work directly with A&D customers who rely on Roboze for mission-critical components made with advanced polymers and high-performance materials.

You will:

• Visit A&D customers on-site and deliver expert technical support.
• Develop applications and 3D-printed solutions tailored to aerospace and defense requirements.
• Lead high-impact projects across your assigned industry segment.
• Gather technical feedback to drive adoption, improve performance, and validate feasibility.
• Support the creation of technical content, application notes, and case studies.

The role requires the ability to travel up to 50 percent across the U.S.

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who enjoys working directly with customers and guiding complex technical discussions.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on engineering mindset, capable of turning customer challenges into real applications.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Production teams.
• Proactive, organized, and autonomous in managing tasks and priorities.
• Experienced in, or motivated to grow within, Aerospace, Defense, or advanced materials environments.

What We Are Looking For

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in a technical field; background in Aerospace, Defense, or advanced materials is a strong plus.
• Solid business acumen and project management capabilities.
• Positive, energetic personality, especially in technical conversations with customers.
• Strong proficiency with CAD modeling software.
• Ideally, familiarity with 3D printing, additive processes, or high-performance polymers.
