From our U.S. Center of Excellence in Houston, Texas, we are expanding our Application Engineering team.
Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Application Engineer & Customer Success, you will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers adopting Roboze technologies.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify high-value applications, assess technical feasibility, develop and validate additive manufacturing solutions, and support their integration into real production environments.
By connecting customer requirements with Roboze materials, technologies, and production capabilities, you will play a key role in accelerating technology adoption and generating measurable value for our customers.
In This Role, You Will
Work directly with customers to understand their technical, operational, and production requirements.
Identify and develop high-value applications for advanced additive manufacturing.
Evaluate application feasibility, including materials, design, manufacturing parameters, performance requirements, and production scalability.
Develop and optimize 3D-printed solutions using advanced polymers and high-performance materials.
Apply Design for Additive Manufacturing principles to improve part performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Lead technical trials, application development projects, demonstrations, and customer validations.
Support customers throughout the application lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility assessment to validation and production adoption.
Manage strategic technical projects within assigned industries and customer accounts.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Production, and Digital Manufacturing teams.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve application performance, customer experience, and technology adoption.
Contribute to technical documentation, application notes, case studies, training materials, and customer presentations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the Application Engineering team, sharing best practices and supporting complex projects.
The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% across the United States.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development, or another customer-facing technical role.
Proven experience managing technical projects and supporting customers through complex engineering decisions.
Strong proficiency with CAD modeling software.
Knowledge of Design for Additive Manufacturing, mechanical design, materials, or manufacturing processes.
Experience with 3D printing, additive manufacturing technologies, high-performance polymers, or composite materials is strongly preferred.
Solid project management capabilities and business acumen.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate recommendations clearly.
Strong presentation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
Availability to travel up to 50% across the United States.
Experience in Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or other highly regulated and performance-driven industries will be considered a strong advantage.
